How would you describe the company culture?. Our interview processes are organized around evaluating a candidate’s ability to create the defined outcome of the position as written in the job description. We run reference and background checks as we finalize the interview process. While the process varies from job to job, generally speaking, we start with a 30-minute phone interview with our recruiter, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and a longer panel interview by video.
